We ship to addresses within the United States only.
Processing
Orders enter processing once payment is confirmed. Manual payments (Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, crypto, bank) are verified during business hours.
Rates
A flat shipping rate applies, with free shipping above the threshold shown in your cart.
Packaging
Vials ship in a rigid protective insert inside plain, unbranded outer packaging. Lyophilized material is stable at ambient temperature for the transit window; move vials to long-term storage on arrival.
Tracking
A tracking number is added to your order and emailed once the label is created. You can also check status on the Track Order page.
