Research material cannot re-enter inventory once its storage history is unknown, so dispatched orders are non-returnable.
What we replace
- Vials damaged in transit
- Missing or incorrect items
- Fill-weight or documentation discrepancies
Contact support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Approved claims are resolved by replacing the affected vials.
